Relaxation and Therapy Saline Center

      The project imagines a space of human interaction with a seemingly banal material and yet with a special character, salt. The whole approach was based on the rehabilitation of the deepest salt mine in Europe and implicitly the solution of an urban problem of the city Slănic.

      The whole process was born around the rehabilitation of the old access tower, which is also a major landmark in the city. The extension wants to be a subtle one in relation to the existing elements, taking over the main directions drawn by the buildings on the site, but also by the topography of the place.
