Kaira Looro EOC 

      The Kaira Looro International Competition in 2020 required the resolution of an EOC (Emergency Operation Center) comprising three main areas: the management area, the medical one and the storage point.  

      The present proposal proposes a fourth space, which would in fact become the central one around which all the other three would revolve; an empty space, an „agora”, a place where the mind and the body can find the support needed.
